AcuPlus FAQs: Pain Relief Cream, Roll-On, Bath Bombs, Shipping & Returns

AcuPlus Product Questions

What is AcuPlus?

AcuPlus is a topical pain relief cream and roll-on designed for temporary relief of minor muscle and joint aches. It is made for people who want targeted comfort without taking another pill.

AcuPlus can be applied directly where you feel everyday discomfort, such as the back, knees, shoulders, hands, feet, neck, or other sore muscle and joint areas.

What does AcuPlus help with?

AcuPlus is used for temporary relief of minor aches and pains of sore muscles and joints associated with arthritis, simple backache, strains, sprains, and bruises.

Many customers use AcuPlus before or after daily activities such as walking, gardening, exercising, golfing, pickleball, working, traveling, or getting through long days on their feet.

Is AcuPlus for arthritis pain?

AcuPlus may be used for temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with arthritis. It is not a cure for arthritis or any diagnosed medical condition, but many customers use it as part of their daily comfort routine for stiff, achy joints.

Is AcuPlus a pill?

No. AcuPlus is a topical product applied directly to the skin. It is designed for targeted relief where you need it, without being an oral medication.

What is the difference between the 4 oz jar and the 3 oz roll-on?

The 4 oz jar is best for at-home use, larger areas, massage-style application, and people who want the full cream experience.

The 3 oz roll-on is best for quick, hands-free application, travel, work bags, gym bags, golf bags, or applying AcuPlus without getting cream on your hands.

Many customers keep both: the jar at home and the roll-on on the go.

What are the AcuPlus bath bombs for?

AcuPlus bath bombs are for a relaxing, full-body soak after long days, activity, or general muscle tiredness. They are different from the AcuPlus cream and roll-on, which are topical menthol pain relief products applied directly to a specific area.

Important: AcuPlus bath bombs do not contain menthol. The AcuPlus 4 oz jar and 3 oz roll-on contain menthol.

Does AcuPlus have a strong smell?

AcuPlus has a cooling menthol scent when first applied, but it is designed to fade after application. We describe it as a vanishing menthol scent, not odorless.

Is AcuPlus greasy?

No. AcuPlus is designed to absorb quickly and leave a non-greasy feel. Rub it in until fully absorbed, then allow it to dry before covering with clothing.

How to Use AcuPlus

How do I apply AcuPlus cream?

Apply a thin layer to the affected area and massage it in until absorbed. Wash hands with cool water after use unless your hands are the area being treated.

Do not apply to broken, irritated, or damaged skin. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes.

How do I use the AcuPlus roll-on?

Roll AcuPlus directly onto the affected area and let it absorb. The roll-on is great for quick, targeted application without using your hands.

Allow the product to dry before covering with clothing.

How often can I use AcuPlus?

Use AcuPlus as directed on the label. Apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

When is the best time to apply AcuPlus?

Many customers like to apply AcuPlus:

Before activity to help support comfortable movement
After activity when muscles or joints feel sore
Before bed if everyday aches make it harder to relax
After a shower once skin is dry
Before walking, gardening, golfing, pickleball, exercise, or travel

How quickly does AcuPlus work?

Many people feel a cooling sensation within minutes. Individual results can vary depending on the area applied, the amount used, and the type of discomfort.

Can I use AcuPlus every day?

Yes, AcuPlus can be used daily when used as directed. Stop use and ask a doctor if your condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days.

Should I use AcuPlus before or after exercise?
